Power Radio is a sign-in-only app. We collect and process the information needed to provide authenticated access to the app:

Email address; name or profile details associated with the account, when available; account identifier or user ID; password or authentication credentials during sign-in; and session/authentication token used to keep the user signed in.

The app also requests channel, playlist, and audio information from PowerRadio.dk services so users can browse and play available content.

We use this information to sign users in, keep sessions secure, provide access to channels, playlists, and audio playback, manage user accounts and app access, protect the app and service from unauthorized access, and respond to privacy, support, and account deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information.

Based on the current mobile app release, Power Radio does not use advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, in-app purchases, or third-party monetization services.

Information may be processed by PowerRadio.dk services and infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate the app and deliver authenticated audio content.

The current Android release does not request sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, contacts, microphone, or audio recording.

The app uses audio playback functionality so users can listen to available channels and tracks. Microphone access and Android audio recording are disabled in the app configuration.

The app sends requests to PowerRadio.dk services over HTTPS when configured for production. Session tokens are stored on the device using Expo SecureStore where available.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical measures to protect account access and session data.

We keep account information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account or associated personal information by contacting info@powerradio.dk. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.

Power Radio is not designed for children. The intended Google Play audience for this release is age 13 and older.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the revised policy at this public privacy policy URL.
